Device and usage information: The site and its hosting and security services may receive technical information such as your IP address, browser and device information, pages requested, and timestamps for site operation, troubleshooting, and security.

Payments
We receive order details and payment status needed to fulfill purchases and provide support. Full card details are handled by the payment provider and are not intended to be stored in our website order records.
Retention and security
Pending, failed, and canceled unpaid orders are scheduled to be moved to the trash after 30 days. Account data and completed or refunded order records currently have no automatic deletion or anonymization period set in WooCommerce and may be retained indefinitely unless handled through a valid request or applicable legal obligations. We use reasonable safeguards, but no online system can be guaranteed completely secure. AI chat messages are transmitted to OpenAI for processing even though the site saved conversation-history feature is disabled.
